I think that saying “That’s my new band name” is a bit played out (example: Ekrobi says to me, “I like learning about Abraham Lincoln and dark matter.” The catchy name you would be responding to would be “Abraham Lincoln and dark matter.”).

Why not mix it up with…

“That’s my new blog name!”

Or even…

“That’s my new safe word!”

1. I like this new song by The Big Sleep.  I saw ‘em open up for The Thermals a year or so ago.  This song seems more aggressive and has more prominent vocals.
2. LAist interviews the gals from Go Fug Yourself.
3. Starred Review tackles beards. I realize those four words in a row might not necessarily make any sense.  Oh well.
4. This Best Week Ever post has made me laugh out loud multiple times.
5. Knut vs. puppies.  No matter who loses, we all win.

I miss you.

Winter means cold, dry air and it’s starting to catch up with me.  They say I should buy a humidifier, but I feel like that might be the final nail in my dork coffin.  I mean, already operate two blogs, going on three.
