Bonaventure

I just got back from Georgia and had my first opportunity to really use my new camera.  Half my pictures were out of focus, but a few of them (seriously, a few) came out nicely.

Here’s one. It’s from the Bonaventure Cemetery outside Savannah, in a town called (awesomely) Thunderbolt.  If you’ve seen Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, then you’ve seen it before.

More to come, but I’ll space ‘em out so it seems like I’m producing more content than I am.

Holy crap! That was freakish! I have that same pic taped to by computer screen. I love Bonaventure. I had this amazing tour with Margaret DeBolt who is the Savannah ghost expert down there a few years ago.

Did you see the statue with the little girl?

Yeah — Little Gracie. Unfortunately, the picture is all out of focus.
