Why I Oughtta

Today I saw this bumper sticker that said “I'm HMO-phobic.”

Okay. I get it that this person doesn't like HMOs (I'm on Kaiser and I hate it). However, is that really the best way to phrase it? To make a play on the word “homophobic”?

It's like an orthodontist putting up a bumper sticker that says “Look out! I'm a brace-ist!” Or a French chef wearing a shirt that says “Everyone loves a serial crepe-ist.”
